Seattle Trip Videos for Jane

he_who_dwells[ Since Eugene didn't feel right about leaving his girlfriend out of everything, he bought himself a digital camera while he was in Seattle and decided to record a bunch of videos. ]
Video 1.
[ Eugene's on screen, smiling a bit sheepishly as he stands outside of NexGen Video Games. ]
So uh...hi, Jane. It sucks that you're not here, so I decided to record a few things for you. Sorta...sh-show you what life in my Seattle is like. Our first stop is probably a bit depressing, but it's only for a moment.
[ There's some scuffling sounds as he turns the camera towards the store, ignoring the looks he's getting. They're not looks of annoyance. People recognize him. One man even goes so far as to shout "HEY! YOU'RE THAT GUY!" as he passes, throwing his hands up in excitement. Jane can probably imagine how red Eugene's just turned. ]
This is NexGen Video Games. The uh...the owner doesn't know it, but I lived in his basement for a few weeks. There are a ton of old arcade games, back when this was more an arcade and less a console store. H-hang on...I wanna see...
[ They're moving towards a basement entrance outside the building and Eugene's hand appears to pull at the doors. They're locked. ]
Ah, shit. I still had stuff there. Oh, well.
[ Eugene turns the camera towards himself and sort of shrugs before it shuts off and switches to the next video. ]
Video 2:
[ It's pointed at a news station, now. One covered in wires and concrete platforms and warning signs. Wrecking crews are slowly but surely taking some of it apart. The concrete, however? That's being stubborn. ]
--gonna need Delsin to get that off. Or...Augustine.
Anyway...[ He re-positions himself. He's on a building, looking across at the news station. ]
Behold, the location of the final battle between Augustine, Fetch, Delsin and myself. From what I hear, it should be back to normal in a few weeks. [ A pause and a frown. ]
Why the hell am I showing you this? It's all depressing. This isn't...[ He sighs, shakes his head and frowns. ]
Video 3.
[ Guess what? It's the Space Needle. From the very top. ]
Okay, so. Presenting my favorite view of my favorite town. This is my Seattle. [ Eugene's grinning from ear to ear, his wings open behind him. It's quite literally an aerial view of town with Eugene balanced on the top of the space needle. Behind him, a banner of hands holding Seattle floats in the breeze. ]
If this next bit makes you nauseous, I'm really very sorry.
[ His eyes flicker blue as his wings stretch out further, even going so far as to get bigger. In fact, Eugene's going full on He Who Dwells, complete with voice change. ]
I can't hold the camera this size.
[ And there's another Angel appearing a moment later, which Eugene hands the camera off to. ]
Okay.
[ Off they go, on an aerial tour of Seattle. Eugene's flying ahead, but he's doing his best to stay out of the camera's view. He takes time to fly past the Pugit Sound, over Pike's Market. He tries to see everything before he finally lands on the pier, turning into Eugene again and grinning a bit sheepishly. ]
So uh...hope that was okay. When we get a chance, you and I are going to spend a day here. Just the two of us. You'll get a better tour. We'll even take the Seattle Underground tour since we can't take cameras in there.
I miss you. I'll see you soon, okay?
